At GUNNAR Optiks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your vision enhancement; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your eyewear within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your eyewear in its original case.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original accessories and documentation are included to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
